WHO:
Suspect: White male, 5’6”-5’7”, slim build 140-150lbs, mid-20’s to mid-30’s in age, blonde hair and goatee. Armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.
Accomplice: White female with blonde hair. We believe she acts as the getaway driver in all of the robberies.
Vehicle: Silver sedan, possibly a Mazda 3 with no front plate.

WHEN: From June 7 to present

Salt Lake County Unified Police Department (UPD) is investigating several armed robberies that appear to have been committed by the same unknown male suspect and his female accomplice. The male is also suspected in several robberies in neighboring jurisdictions as well.

In almost all of the robberies the male enters the restaurant, displays the firearm, and tells the employees that he doesn’t want to hurt anybody, but he needs all the money. No one has been injured in any of the robberies thus far. The suspect does seem to be increasing his frequency in committing these offenses however, which is concerning.

The male is most often seen wearing black from head to toe. In most robberies he is wearing a long sleeve black or gray shirt, black shorts or black long pants, a black hat and black sunglasses. He is described as having blonde hair and a blonde goatee. He is also described as being shorter, around 5’6” and having a slim build. He is between 25-35 years of age.

In a couple of the robberies witnesses have seen the male get in to a silver car driven by a blonde female. During the Subway robbery yesterday, we received a good description of the car from witnesses. They described it as a silver Mazda 3 with no front license plate, and the driver as a younger blonde female.

The Unified Police Department has been unable to identify these suspects and is asking for help from the public. If anyone recognizes the male in the surveillance photos or has any information regarding these robberies, they are asked to call 385-468-9819 with any information or tips.
