WHAT: Portillo passes away at the hospital following an assault during a soccer game.

WHO: Suspect: Caucasian male, 40’s, 5’10”, medium build. The suspect was wearing an orange construction vest, a hard hat, jeans, moustache, white bandana, blue long sleeve shirt, and brown hair that appeared to be a wig. He was seen leaving in a red Chevy Blazer.
