Ruben Delgadil Contreras
This week's Public Enemy Number One is Ruben Delgadil Contreras (8/25/83), who is a member of a violent street gang. He is a convicted felon and a multi-state offender. His previous arrests include weapons and drug charges. He is currently wanted on a no-bail, second degree felony warrant for a parole violation, possession with intent to distribute.
Contreras is a white male, 5'6" and 160 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair.
His tattoos include the following: "Contreras" on his right leg; 3 dots below his eye; 3 dots in the web of his left hand; "Maria" on his neck; and "Anita RIP above" on his right arm.
