Felicia, a.k.a. “Alicia” or “Lisa” was A 17-year-old female that had attended Granite High School. She was an employee of Show Biz Pizza at the time of her death. On the night of April 5, 1989 she was out with friends and stopped for coffee at the Village Inn on 2929 S. State in Salt Lake City, Utah. They then went to the Cushion and Cue Billiard Hall at 2865 S. State Street. She left between 1:00am - 3:00am in the early morning hours of April 6, 1989. She told a friend she was going home and was last seen walking alone heading south on State Street. Her partially-clad body was discovered at approximately 7:00 am the following morning behind an office building at 4511 S. 600 E., just a block from her home. She had been assaulted and died from strangulation. There was evidence at the scene that she struggled with her assailant(s).
