Date Body was Found: October 11, 1994

About this case:
Richard, age 35, was enrolled as a student at Salt Lake Community College at the time of his disappearance. He was last seen by his girlfriend leaving his apartment to type a paper on the afternoon of August 17, 1994. On the afternoon of October 11, 1994 Richard’s badly decomposed body was found near an old rock crushing plant by a hiker at approximately 4700 E. in Little Cottonwood Canyon. It was later determined he died from a gunshot wound. Richard’s truck, a white 1989 Ford F-150, was missing since the time of his disappearance. It was located in Tijuana, Mexico on November 11, 1999.
